Investment Loan means a loan made by the Partnership to the --------------- Investment Loan Borrower in an amount equal to $143,119,000 pursuant to (and in accordance with the terms and provisions of) that certain Note Purchase Agreement of even date herewith, by and between the Partnership and Investment Loan Borrower.
