Investment Deposit definition

Investment Deposit means the funds invested in the Investment Deposit Account.
Investment Deposit means a deposit held at call or otherwise as an investment under section 51 of the Act;
Investment Deposit means a deposit for a fixed or unlimited term (whether a Savings Account, Special Savings Account/Call Investment Account or a Term Investment Deposit) in which the Account Holder (being the Rabb Al Mal) authorises the Bank (as the mudarib or investment manager) to invest the deposit on the basis of an unrestricted (discretionary) Mudaraba contract in accordance with the principles of the Shari’ah.

  • Profits of Special investment Deposit Account shall be credited to the same Account within forty five days of the following quarter, unless the Customer has requested otherwise, and the Customer authorises the Bank to invest the realised profits since the credit date with the same investment terms and conditions of Special Investment Deposit Accounts.

  • Drawings from Special Investment Deposit Account shall be made through Cheques issued by the Bank, written instructions or ATM Card.
