All Investment Company Shares in the Custodial Account shall be held in the name of the Custodian or its nominee or nominees.
Investment Company Shares means any open ended investment company shares marketed by PEPCO and for which the Custodian has agreed to act as Custodian.

Investment Company Shares means the shares in the Investment Company described in the columns headed "Legally owned by the Company" and "Shares held on behalf of the Company" in part 9 of schedule 1;
