Investment Capital definition

Investment Capital means investments in corporate and governmental stocks, bonds, and other securities, other than subsidiary capital and stock issued by the taxpayer, minus total liabilities directly or indirectly attributable to investment capital.
Investment Capital means money and other assets prescribed by the law on civil matters and international agreements to which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a signatory for the purpose of carrying out business investment activities.
Investment Capital means the value of the investment indicated in USD currency excluding the value of land and working capital.
