Investment Benchmark definition

Investment Benchmark means a benchmark made available under the Plan from time to time by the Committee for purposes of valuing Plan Accounts.
Investment Benchmark means a hypothetical investment classification in which a Participant’s Memorandum Account shall be deemed to be invested for purposes of crediting or charging earnings, losses, appreciation or depreciation with respect to the Participant’s Memorandum Account, in accordance with section 3.2. The Investment Benchmark shall be interest at an annual rate equal to the rate on the highest yielding certificate of deposit issued by The Rome Savings Bank during the year or any other investment classification set as an option by the Committee for this Plan.

More Definitions of Investment Benchmark

Investment Benchmark means a hypothetical investment classification in which a Participant’s Memorandum Account shall be deemed to be invested for purposes of crediting or charging earnings, losses, appreciation or depreciation with respect to the Participant’s Memorandum Account, in accordance with section 3.2. The Investment Benchmark shall be Phantom Shares or any other investment classification set as an option by the Committee for this Plan.

Related to Investment Benchmark

  • Replacement Benchmark means a benchmark rate which is:

  • Relevant Benchmark means the Index, the Reference Interest Rate and any other index, benchmark or price source by reference to which principal or other amounts payable under the Securities is calculated.

  • Term Benchmark when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted Term SOFR Rate.

  • Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.

  • Investment Return means the investment return payable in respect of the Bond in accordance with Clause 5 Returns.

  • Alternative Benchmark Rate means an alternative benchmark or screen rate which is customarily applied in international debt capital markets transactions for the purposes of determining floating rates of interest (or the relevant component part thereof) in the Specified Currency, provided that all determinations will be made by the Independent Adviser in its reasonable discretion.

  • Investment pool means an entity created under the Texas Gov- ernment Code to invest public funds jointly on behalf of the entities that participate in the pool and whose investment objectives in or- der of priority are preservation and safety of principal, liquidity, and yield.

  • Investment Option means any of the guaranteed investments and variable investment funds available under the Plan.

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).

  • Investment Fund has the same meaning as in National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure;

  • Investment Options means the investment options, as determined from time to time by the Committee, used to credit earnings, gains and losses on Account balances.

  • Participant’s Account means an account maintained for each Participant’s participation in DSUs and/or RSUs under the Plan;

  • Original Benchmark Rate on any day means the 3-months Euro Interbank Offered Rate (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) fixed at, and appearing on, the Screen Page as of 11:00 a.m. (Brussels time) on such day.

  • Reinvestment Deferred Amount means, with respect to any Reinvestment Event, the aggregate Net Cash Proceeds received by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in connection therewith that are not applied to prepay the Loans pursuant to Section 2.09(b) as a result of the delivery of a Reinvestment Notice.

  • Benchmarks mean the performance milestones that are set forth in Appendix D.

  • Class PO Deferred Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of the applicable PO Percentage of each Realized Loss, other than any Excess Loss, to be allocated to the Class PO Certificates on such Distribution Date on or prior to the Senior Credit Support Depletion Date or previously allocated to the Class PO Certificates and not yet paid to the Holders of the Class PO Certificates.

  • Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.

  • Qualified Matching Contributions means Matching Contributions which are immediately nonforfeitable when made, and which would be nonforfeitable, regardless of the age or service of the Employee or whether the Employee is employed on a certain date, and which may not be distributed, except upon one of the events described under Section 401(k)(2)(B) of the Code and the regulations thereunder.

  • Available Master Servicer Compensation With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (a) the Master Servicing Fee for such Distribution Date, (b) interest earned through the business day preceding the applicable Distribution Date on any Prepayments in Full remitted to the Master Servicer and (c) the aggregate amount of Month End Interest remitted by the Servicers to the Master Servicer pursuant to the related Servicing Agreements.

  • Subaccounts is defined in Section 8.02(a) of the Indenture.

  • Administrator/Benchmark Event Date means, in respect of an Administrator/Benchmark Event, the date on which the authorisation, registration, recognition, endorsement, equivalence decision, approval or inclusion in any official register is (i) required under any applicable law or regulation; or

  • Investment Criteria The criteria specified in Section 12.2(a).

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • Benchmark means, initially, the Term SOFR Reference Rate; provided that if a Benchmark Transition Event has occurred with respect to the Term SOFR Reference Rate or the then-current Benchmark, then “Benchmark” means the applicable Benchmark Replacement to the extent that such Benchmark Replacement has replaced such prior benchmark rate pursuant to Section 2.12(d)(iii)(A).
