Investment Agent definition

Investment Agent means the entity selected by the Administrator to act as "Investment Agent" under the Investment Agency Agreement, which initially is Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
Investment Agent means the person appointed by the Committee or the Trustee to invest the Plan Accounts of Participants, or if no person is so designated, the Committee.
