Investment Advisory definition

Investment Advisory means the service provided by the Platform to the Client as defined in Article V - INVESTMENT ADVISORY;

Investment Advisory means the provision of individualised advisory aimed directly or indirectly at the purchase, sale, subscription, placement, settlement, safekeeping or other action related to a specific investment instrument or instruments or at exercising the rights of such disposal. The Bank shall be entitled to provide the investment service of investment advisory to its Clients upon fulfilling statutory conditions, based on its own discretion, or based on a special Investment Advisory Agreement that sets out special terms and conditions and rules for the provision of such services (for details see Article 27 hereof).

Investment Advisory means a person, facility or agency that provides assessments or recommendations to third parties regarding the advisability of making certain investments or transactions in financial instruments or investment projects.

• This Agreement will automatically terminate if the Investment Advisory Agreement is terminated, with such termination effective upon the effective date of the Investment Advisory Agreement’s termination.

• With respect to each Fund that is an ETF, review and monitor the payment of all fund expenses paid by the investment adviser to the ETF under the terms of the Investment Advisory Agreement with the Fund to confirm payment.

• As is the case with respect to the Adviser under the Investment Advisory Agreement, any investment activities undertaken by the Sub-Adviser pursuant to this Agreement, as well as any other activities undertaken by the Sub-Adviser on behalf of the Funds, shall at all times be subject to the direction and control the Trust's Board.

• Pursuant to the Investment Advisory Agreement between the Fund and the Adviser, the Adviser is solely responsible for the payment of fees to the Subadviser.
