Investing Parties definition

Investing Parties means Party A or Party B or both Party A and Party B, as the context may require.
Investing Parties means the Investor, the Sponsors and any of their respective Controlled Investment Affiliates.
Investing Parties means AHK and the Investors (excluding Management Co.), and “Investing Party” means any of them.

  • The Investing Parties shall consult with each other and decide whether this Contract shall be terminated or whether part of the obligation to perform this Contract shall be released or whether the term for performance of this Contract shall be extended, according to the extent of the impact of the event of force majeure on the performance of this Contract.

  • During the period of arbitration of a dispute, the Investing Parties shall continue to perform their obligations hereunder, except for those obligations involved in the matter under dispute, and to exercise their rights hereunder.

The term does not include an individual who:

  • Seller Affiliates has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.7.1;

  • Company Parties means the collective reference to Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, including the Borrower, and “Company Party” means any one of them.

  • Settling Parties means the Defendants and the Class Representatives, on behalf of themselves, the Plan, and each of the Class Members.

  • Sponsor Parties means Sponsor, Vendor, and Utility, their respective successors and assigns, and each of their respective affiliates, agents, directors, officers, and employees.

  • Affiliates means, with respect to any Person, any other Person that, directly or indirectly, controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with, such Person. As used in this definition, “control” (including, with its correlative meanings, “controlled by” and “under common control with”) shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management or policies of a Person, whether through the ownership of securities or partnership or other ownership interests, by contract or otherwise.

  • Interested Parties means the Administrator, its subsidiaries and its affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, delegates and associates.

  • Purchaser Related Parties has the meaning specified in Section 6.1.

  • Other Representatives the Syndication Agents, and the Lead Arrangers.

  • Affiliated Persons or "AFFILIATES" means

  • Concert Parties means such Persons as are deemed to be Acting in Concert with AbbVie pursuant to Rule 3.3 of Part A of the Takeover Rules.

  • Purchaser Representative means any person who satisfies all of the following conditions or who the issuer reasonably believes satisfies all of the following conditions:

  • Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.

  • Financing Parties means Parties financing the Project, pursuant to Financing Documents.

  • Buyer Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 4(e).

  • Seller Parties has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Consortium Members means the members of the Consortium, formed by the Bidder for purposes of the Transaction in accordance with this RFP and shall include members who have submitted the Format for Consortium Agreement (Annexure 5) specified in the RFP.
