Investigator Site definition

Investigator Site means the Clinical Investigation Plan directed activities overseen by the Principal Investigator in their role as Principal Investigator for the Trial Site, regardless of whether these are undertaken at the location of, or under the duty of care of the Trial Site, or at another legal entity subcontracted by the Trial Site;
Investigator Site means an Investigator's office, clinical facility or other site at which the Study is to be conducted.

  • Clinical means having a significant relationship, whether real or potential, direct or indirect, to the actual rendering or outcome of dental care, the practice of dentistry, or the quality of dental care being rendered to a patient;
