Inverse Order of Seniority means, with respect to the Notes of any Series, the order of priority beginning with the most junior outstanding Class of Notes progressing to each next most senior outstanding Class of Notes.InterestInterest RatesUnless otherwise specified in the Applicable Supplement, the interest on any Class of Notes bearing a floating interest rate ("Floating Rate Notes") will be based on LIBOR. Each Class of Floating Rate Notes will bear interest on its Principal Balance at a per annum floating rate (each, a "Floating Rate") equal to the sum of LIBOR for the relevant period plus the applicable margin specified in the Applicable Supplement (the "Margin").
