Inverse Index Performance Amount definition

Inverse Index Performance Amount means, on the Initial Trade Date, an amount equal to $0. On any subsequent calendar day, the Inverse Index Performance Amount for each Security will equal the product of (Face of Security continued on next page)
Inverse Index Performance Amount means, on the Initial Trade Date, an amount equal to $0. On any subsequent calendar day, the Inverse Index Performance Amount for each Security will equal the product of (a) negative one times (b) the Current Principal Amount per Security times (c) the Index Performance Percentage on such calendar day.

  • Energy Performance Score means the numeric rating generated by Portfolio Manager that compares the Energy usage of the building to that of similar buildings.

  • M5 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 93.30% and (ii) the Aggregate Loan Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period and (b) the amount, if any, by which (1) the Aggregate Loan Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period exceeds (2) the Overcollateralization Floor.

  • M3 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 85.50% and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • Adjusted EPS means earnings per share further adjusted for share-based payments, amortization of acquired intangible assets, items outside the normal scope of our ordinary activities (including other items, within selling, general and administrative expenses, losses/(gains) on items held at fair value and remeasurements through profit and loss, impairment losses on tangible assets, and impairment losses on intangible assets) and the related tax effects of these adjustments.   • M2 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 65.70% minus the Additional Required Enhancement Percentage and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • Average Excess Availability means, with respect to any period, the sum of the aggregate amount of Excess Availability for each Business Day in such period (calculated as of the end of each respective Business Day) divided by the number of Business Days in such period.

  • Index Level means, in respect of any day and subject to Adjustment Provisions: (a) in respect of an Index(other than a Multiple Exchange Index), the closing level of such Indexat the Valuation Time on such day; and (b) in respect of an Index that is a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of the Index on such day at the Valuation Time as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor each as rounded up to four decimal places (with 0.00005 being rounded up), allas determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Achievement Percentage means the percentage of achievement determined by the Committee after the end of the Performance Cycle in accordance with Section 4 that reflects the extent to which the Company achieved the Performance Goals during the Performance Cycle.
