Inveresk Group has the meaning set forth in the first recital to this Agreement.
Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.
ATS means an alternative trading system, as defined in Rule 300(a)(1) of Regulation ATS under the Exchange Act.
Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;
SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.
Xxxxx Group means Xxxxx and any Affiliate of Xxxxx.
Work group means a crew or number of crews which work from a common point of assembly and perform work of a similar nature in a defined seniority block. Where more than one (1) work group works from a common point of assembly the work groups will be defined by the Employer.
IMS means IMS Health Incorporated.
ACI means American Concrete Institute;
NPS means nominal pipe size.
Shire means Shire of Augusta Margaret River
PEG means public, educational and governmental.
CTI means CTI Logistics Limited (ABN 69 008 778 925) and/or any Affiliate of CTI Logistics Limited as the case may be, which performs all or any of the Services.
IDT means intradepartmental transfer.
ECC means the amount calculated by Contractor for the total cost of all elements of the Work based on this Agreement available at the time(s) that the ECC is prepared. The ECC shall be based on current market rates with reasonable allowance for overhead, profit and price escalation and shall include and consider, without limitation, all alternates and contingencies, designed and specified by A/E and the cost of labor and materials necessary for installation of Owner furnished equipment. The ECC shall include all the cost elements included in the AACC, as defined above, and shall represent Contractor’s best current estimate of the Guaranteed Maximum Price it will propose for the Project based on the information then available. The ECC shall not include Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase Fee, A/E’s Fees, the cost of the land and rights-of-way, or any other costs that are the direct responsibility of Owner.
Xxxxxx Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.
DuPont means E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company.
Nonpoint source means any source of pollutants other than those defined or designated as point sources.
SDS means safety data sheets;
AES means the Advanced Encryption Standard, a specification of Federal Information Processing Standards Publications for the encryption of electronic data issued by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxx.xxx/nistpubs/FIPS/NIST.FIPS.197.pdf).
APCEC means the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission.
COVID-19 means SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19, and any evolutions thereof or related or associated epidemics, pandemic or disease outbreaks.
Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;
Promoter Group means an immediate relative of the Promoter (i.e. spouse of that person, or any parent, brother, sister or child of the person or of the spouse); persons whose shareholding is aggregated for the purpose of disclosing in the offer document “shareholding of the promoter group”.
Contractor Group means Contractor, its parent and subsidiary companies as defined by the term “Affiliate,” and its and their respective Subcontractors and contractors of whatever tier and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of all of the foregoing.
BG means Bank Guarantee
APC means the Ambulatory Payment Classification system under 42 CFR 419.31 used by Medicare for grouping clinically and resource-similar procedures and services.
