This Act may be cited as the Invercargill Corporation Empowering Short Title.
The Short Title of this Act is " The Invercargill Corporation Short Title, Reserve Exchange Act, 1895." 2.
School Corporation means the Western Xxxxx County Community School Corporation of the County of Xxxxx of the State of Indiana;
Family farm corporation means a corporation founded for the purpose of farming agricultural land in which the majority of the voting stock is held by and the majority of the stockholders are persons or the spouse of persons related to each other within the fourth degree of kinship, according to the rules of the civil law, and at least one of the related persons is residing on or actively operating the farm, and none of whose stockholders are a corporation. A family farm corporation does not cease to qualify under this division where, by reason of any devise, bequest, or the operation of the laws of descent or distribution, the ownership of shares of voting stock is transferred to another person, as long as that person is within the degree of kinship stipulated in this division.
Gas Corporation means the body corporate established by section 4 of the Gas Corporation Act 1994;
Gas company means any person distributing gas within the corporate limits or authorized and proposing to so engage.
Professional corporation means a corporation incorporated under former 1962 PA 192, or a corporation incorporated under this act and governed by chapter 2A.
Production company means a person or entity engaged in the business of making motion picture, television, or radio images for theatrical, commercial, advertising, or education purposes; Reserved
Asset Management Plan means a plan created by the department and approved by the state transportation commission or a plan created by a local road agency and approved by the local road agency's governing body that includes provisions for asset inventory, performance goals, risk of failure analysis, anticipated revenues and expenses, performance outcomes, and coordination with other infrastructure owners.
Corporation/ Corpn./ Department means the Central Warehousing Corporation.
Solar energy means the sun used as the sole source of energy for producing electricity.
boycott energy company means “without an ordinary business purpose, refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with a company because the company (a) engages in the exploration, production, utilization, transportation, sale, or manufacturing of fossil fuel-based energy and does not commit or pledge to meet environmental standards beyond applicable federal and state law, or (b) does business with a company described by paragraph (a).” (See Tex. Gov. Code 809.001). When applicable, does Vendor certify? Yes 5 Felony Conviction Notice - Texas Education Code 44.034 9 Texas Education Code, Section 44.034, Notification of Criminal History, Subsection (a), states, "a person or business entity that enters into a contract with a school district must give advance notice to the district if the person or an owner or operator of the business entity has been convicted of a felony. The notice must include a general description of the conduct resulting in the conviction of a felony.” Subsection (b) states, "a school district may terminate a contract with a person or business entity if the district determines that the person or business entity failed to give notice as required by Subsection (a) or misrepresented the conduct resulting in the conviction. The district must compensate the person or business entity for services performed before the termination of the contract.” Subsection (c) states, "This section does not apply to a publicly held corporation. SHCP means Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público, the Borrower’s Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
IOSCO means the International Organisation of Securities Commissions.
renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;
Renewable Energy Source means an energy source that is not fossil carbon-based, non- renewable or radioactive, and may include solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, landfill gas, or wave, tidal and thermal ocean technologies, and includes a Certified Renewable Energy Source.
Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.
Transportation Company means any organization which provides its own or its leased vehicles for transportation or which provides freight forwarding or air express services.
Distribution Company means a distribution company as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 164 of the Massachusetts General Laws.3
In loco parentis means relating to the responsibility to undertake the care and control of another person in the absence of:
Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.
Pioneer or the "Company" means Pioneer Natural Resources Company and its subsidiaries.
STSMA means the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act 8 of 2011, as amended and include the Regulations issued under the said act;
Natural gas company ’ means a person engaged in the transportation of natural gas in interstate commerce, or the sale in inter- state commerce of such gas for resale.
Renewable energy means the grid quality electricity generated from renewable energy sources;
Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.
of a corporation means all classes of Capital Stock of such corporation then outstanding and normally entitled to vote in the election of directors.
