Inventory Location definition

Inventory Location. Other than as set forth in Section 3.8, Inventory is located at: Address City County State Zip -------- ---- ------ ----- --- See Schedule 3.9 attached hereto.
Inventory Location means any Real Property Collateral (other than (a) locations leased by an Obligor, (b) unused locations and (c) facilities leased by the Obligors to franchisees) at which Inventory comprising a part of the Shared Collateral is located.
Inventory Location is defined as a dedicated physical inventory space used by vendors to store their inventory within an arena, stadium, concert venue or other venue that is managed by the Program. Each dedicated physical inventory space must be counted as one Inventory Location.

Examples of Inventory Location in a sentence

  • The Borrower will, immediately upon becoming aware thereof, notify the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders in writing of any proposed sale or transfer of any Permitted Inventory Location by the owner thereof.

  • If Scotiabank delivers written notice to the Consignee setting forth Scotiabank's reasonable belief that an Approved Inventory Location offers inadequate safekeeping protection for the Gold, the Consignee shall transfer all Gold contained at such Approved Inventory Location to a Plant or another Approved Inventory Location within 10 days following receipt of such notice.

  • Based on the Physical Count, the Sellers shall confirm and identify all Inventory and Excluded Inventory at each Confirmed Inventory Location (such Inventory and Excluded Inventory, the “Confirmed Inventory”).

  • In the event the Loan Parties do not provide the Administrative Agent with a Collateral Access Agreement with respect to any Material Inventory Location or location in a Landlord Lien State, the Loan Parties acknowledge that the Administrative Agent may, in its Permitted Discretion, (i) not include Inventory at such location as Eligible Inventory or (ii) establish a Reserve in the amount of three months’ rent or other warehouse or comparable charges for such location.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, each Credit Party shall be permitted to (A) transport Inventory from one Permitted Inventory Location to another Permitted Inventory Location, provided such Inventory remains in transit for not more than three (3) Business Days and (B) consolidate its Inventory located in Northborough, Massachusetts to its warehouse located in Auburn, Massachusetts upon twenty (20) Business Days' notice to Agents.
