Invalid Provisions to Affect No Others. If fulfillment of any provision hereof, or any transaction related thereto at the time performance of any such provision shall be due, shall involve transcending the limit of validity prescribed by law, then, ipso facto, the obligation to be fulfilled shall be reduced to the limit of such validity; and such clause or provision shall be deemed invalid as though not herein contained, and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain operative in full force and effect.
Invalid Provisions to Affect No Others. If fulfillment of any provision hereof or any transaction related hereto at the time performance of such provisions shall be due, shall involve transcending the limit of validity presently prescribed by law, with regard to obligations of like character and amount, then ipso facto, the obligation to be fulfilled shall be reduced to the limit of such validity; and if any clause or provision herein contained operates or would prospectively operate to invalidate this Agreement in whole or in part, then such clause or provision only shall be held for naught, as though not herein contained, and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain operative and in full force and effect.

In the event that any of the covenants, agreements, terms or provisions contained in the Notes shall be deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity of the remaining covenants, agreements, terms or provisions contained in the Notes shall be in no way affected, prejudiced or disturbed thereby; and if any application of any term, restriction or covenant to any person or circumstances is deemed illegal or unenforceable, the application of such term, restriction or covenant to other persons and circumstances shall remain unaffected to the extent permitted by law.

In the event that any of the covenants, agreements, terms or provisions contained in this Mortgage shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity of the remaining covenants, agreements, terms or provisions contained herein or in the Credit Agreement shall not be in any way affected, prejudiced or disturbed thereby. In the event that the application of any of the covenants, agreements, terms or provisions of this Mortgage is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, those covenants, agreements, terms and provisions shall not be in any way affected, prejudiced or disturbed when otherwise applied.

If performance of any provision hereof or any transaction related hereto is limited by law, then the obligation to be performed shall be reduced accordingly; and if any clause or provision herein contained operates or would prospectively operate to invalidate this Agreement in part, then the invalid part of said clause or provision only shall be held for naught, as though not contained herein, and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain operative and in full force and effect.
Invalid Provisions to Affect No Others. The unenforceability or invalidity of any provision or provisions of this Deed of Trust as to any Persons or circumstances shall not render that provision or those provisions unenforceable or invalid as to any other Persons or circumstances, and all provisions hereof, in all other respects, shall remain valid and enforceable.
Invalid Provisions to Affect No Others. In the event that any of the covenants, agreements, terms or provisions contained in the Loan Documents or this Mortgage shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity of the remaining covenants, agreements, terms or provisions contained herein and in the Loan Documents shall be in no way affected, prejudiced or disturbed thereby.
Invalid Provisions to Affect No Others. In case any one or more of the covenants, agreements, terms or provisions contained in this Deed to Secure Debt, in the Note, in any of the other Loan Documents, or in the Other Indebtedness Instruments shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity of the remaining covenants, agreements, terms or provisions contained herein, and in the Note, in the other Loan Documents and in the Other Indebtedness Instruments shall be in no way affected, prejudiced or disturbed thereby.
Invalid Provisions to Affect No Others. In the event that any of the covenants, agreements, terms or provisions contained in the Note, this Mortgage or any other instrument securing the Note shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity of the remaining covenants, agreements, terms or provisions contained herein and in the Note and any other instrument securing the Note shall be in no way affected, prejudiced or disturbed thereby.
Invalid Provisions to Affect No Others.
