Inuvialuit Lands definition

Inuvialuit Lands means those lands in the ISR to which the Inuvialuit‌ were granted title in fee simple, including all mineral rights, as more particularly described in paragraphs 7(1)(a) of the IFA;
Inuvialuit Lands means all lands to be provided to the Inuvialuit by or pursuant to this Agreement;
Inuvialuit Lands means the lands held in fee simple by the Inuvialuit pursuant to sections 7(1)(a) and 7(1)(b) of the IFA;

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Tract means 2 or more parcels that share a common property line and are under the same ownership.

The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Modular building means, but shall not be limited to, single and multifamily houses, apartment

  • Area B means the area marked “Area B” outlined in orange on the Plan;

  • Capitol hill complex means the grounds and buildings within the area bounded by 300 North Street, Columbus Street, 500 North Street, and East Capitol Boulevard in Salt Lake City.

  • exploration area means that part of the Area allocated to the Contractor for exploration, described in schedule 1 hereto, as the same may be reduced from time to time in accordance with this contract and the Regulations;
