Intruder Alarm System definition

Intruder Alarm System means an alarm installed and/or monitored by Us for the purposes of providing an alarm signal when the areas of Your property specified in the Customer Agreement have been entered by an authorised person. Maintenance Services (if applicable) means the maintenance services specified in the Customer Agreement. Marketing Purposes means conducting market research and providing information and offers for products and services offered by us or our related entities and other organisations whose products and services We promote. Medical Alarm System means an alarm installed and/or monitored by Us for the purposes of providing an alarm signal when activated by You creating a Personal Emergency Event.
Intruder Alarm System means an alarm system which is installed, maintained and operated in accordance with Australian Standard 2201.1:2007 (as amended from time to time) and which, in the event of an intrusion, activates an audible alarm warning device and an external visible alarm warning light.
Intruder Alarm System means an alarm installed and/or monitored by Us for the purposes of providing an alarm signal when the areas of Your property specified in the Customer Agreement have been entered by an authorised person. Examples of Intruder Alarm System in a sentence

  • You shall maintain secrecy of codes for operation of the Intruder Alarm System and shall not leave details of such codes at the Business Premises when the Business Premises are unattended.

  • You shall not make any structural alteration of or changes in layout to the Premises that could affect operation of the Intruder Alarm System without Our written agreement.

  • All keys and other setting/unsetting devices for the Intruder Alarm System must be removed from The Premises when they are left unattended.

  • Alarm system means equipment and devices assembled for the purpose of:

  • Fire alarm system means a system designed to detect and annunciate the presence of fire, or by-products of fire. Fire alarm system includes smoke detectors.

  • Beam monitoring system means a system designed and installed in the radiation head to detect and measure the radiation present in the useful beam.

  • Security alarm system means a device or series of devices, intended to summon law enforcement personnel during, or as a result of, an alarm condition. Devices may include hard- wired systems and systems interconnected with a radio frequency method such as cellular or private radio signals that emit or transmit a remote or local audible, visual, or electronic signal; motion detectors, pressure switches, duress alarms (a silent system signal generated by the entry of a designated code into the arming station to indicate that the user is disarming under duress); panic alarms (an audible system signal to indicate an emergency situation); and hold-up alarms (a silent system signal to indicate that a robbery is in progress).

  • Small municipal separate storm sewer system or "small MS4" means all separate storm sewers that are (i) owned or operated by the United States, a state, city, town, borough, county, parish, district, association, or other public body (created by or pursuant to state law) having jurisdiction over disposal of sewage, industrial wastes, stormwater, or other wastes, including special districts under state law such as a sewer district, flood control district or drainage district, or similar entity, or an Indian tribe or an authorized Indian tribal organization, or a designated and approved management agency under § 208 of the CWA that discharges to surface waters and (ii) not defined as "large" or "medium" municipal separate storm sewer systems or designated under 4VAC50-60-380 A 1. This term includes systems similar to separate storm sewer systems in municipalities, such as systems at military bases, large hospital or prison complexes, and highway and other thoroughfares. The term does not include separate storm sewers in very discrete areas, such as individual buildings.

  • Large municipal separate storm sewer system means all municipal separate storm sewers that are either:

  • smart metering system means an electronic system that can measure energy consumption, providing more information than a conventional meter, and can transmit and receive data for information, monitoring and control purposes, using a form of electronic communication;

  • Primary dose monitoring system means a system which will monitor the useful beam during irradiation and which will terminate irradiation when a preselected number of dose monitor units have been delivered.

  • Single tomogram system means a CT x-ray system which obtains x-ray transmission data during a scan to produce a single tomogram.

  • Train Loading Infrastructure means conveyors, stockpile areas, blending and screening facilities, stackers, re‑claimers and other infrastructure reasonably required for the loading of iron ore, freight goods or other products onto the relevant Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port; and

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.

  • water meter means any apparatus for measuring or showing the volume of water supplied to, or of effluent discharged from any premises;

  • Monitoring System means a system established by BNY to fulfill the Responsibilities specified in clauses (d) and (e) of Section 1 of Article III of this Agreement.

  • Net metering system means a facility for the production of electrical energy that does all of the following:

  • Metering System means the meters and other applicable devices/instruments installed and used for measurement of Electricity, delivered from the Electricity generated by Units comprising the Facility, as per the specifications provided in Schedule C and shall comprise of the Main Meter and the Back Up Meter;

  • Automated data acquisition and handling system or "DAHS" means that component of the continuous emission monitoring system, or other emissions monitoring system approved for use under section 11 of this rule, designed to interpret and convert individual output signals from pollutant concentration monitors, flow monitors, diluent gas monitors, and other component parts of the monitoring system to produce a continuous record of the measured parameters in the measurement units required by section 11 of this rule.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. List of Approved Contractors:

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • MERS(R) System The system of recording transfers of Mortgages electronically maintained by MERS.

  • Property management system means the Contractor’s system or systems for managing and controlling Government property.

  • Carrier Access Billing System (“CABS”) is the system which is defined in a document prepared under the direction of the Billing Committee of the OBF.   • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Certified cabinet x-ray system means an x-ray system that has been certified in accordance with 21 CFR 1010.2 as being manufactured and assembled pursuant to the provisions of 21 CFR 1020.40.

  • PV System means a residentially hosted roof-top solar electric generating system, including photovoltaic panels, racks, wiring and other electrical devices, conduits, weatherproof housings, hardware, one or more inverters, remote monitoring systems, connectors, meters, disconnects and over current devices.
