Intrastate transportation definition

Intrastate transportation means the pickup or receipt, transportation and delivery of property hauled between points within the State of Mississippi for compensation by a carrier authorized by the Mississippi Public Service Commission to engage therein;
Intrastate transportation means the pickup or receipt, transportation and delivery of property hauled between points within the State of Iowa for compensation by a carrier authorized by the Iowa Department of Transportation’s Office of Motor Carrier Services to engage therein;
