Internet Supplier definition

Internet Supplier means any Person in the business of selling or distributing, procuring orders for, conducting auctions of, or operating an exchange or marketplace for the purchase and sale of Pharmaceuticals and Products, or any website on or through which such functions are performed, provided that such business is performed or such website is enabled primarily through the Internet, including any now or hereafter existing website of Parent, any Selling Group Member or any of their Affiliates, and provided further that such Person is not engaged in the business of providing comprehensive specialty pharmacy care in the Disease States.
Internet Supplier means is a web-based business with a website where a consumer can purchase and pay on-line for a good or service;.

  • The Local Government is responsible for managing the local Internet Supplier (ISP) providing the Local Government its internet connection and/or its wireless service; managing its own networks; managing and procuring all desktop and mobile hardware for the Local Government staff and implementing its own security policies and procedures.
