Internet Subscribers definition

Internet Subscribers means the total number of subscriptions of the Companies for Internet services in the residential and business market using the infrastructure of the Companies, based on the total number of subscription agreements signed by subscribers with respect thereto.
Internet Subscribers means subscribers to the internet services provided by the Obligors.

  • For clarity, the provisions of this Section 2(c)(iv) shall apply to delivery of a TV ISP Open Internet Service to Open Internet Subscribers.

  • Subscriber should be aware that when using the Service to access the Internet or any other online network or service, there are certain transfer protocols, such as FTP (File Transfer Protocol) and HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol), which may allow other Service Subscribers and Internet Subscribers to gain access to Subscriber’s computer.

  • Any such increases in the DSL Bundle SLP shall not become effective until three months following the determination of such increases and such increases in the DSL Bundle SLP shall only apply on a prospective basis to new Internet Subscribers following the time at which the increase become effective.

  • If STE has a reasonable basis to believe that it has a number of Internet Subscribers, including Multiplier effects, equal to at least 75% of the then applicable Internet Cap, then STE shall deliver written reports to Licensor on a quarterly basis with respect to the number of Internet Subscribers it has in relation to the Internet Cap.

  • The foregoing maximum numbers of Internet Subscribers shall be referred to collectively herein as the “Internet Cap.” Each Internet Subscriber shall count towards the Internet Cap as 1 subscriber unless such Internet Subscriber is subject to the Multiplier, in which case, such Internet Subscriber shall be count toward the Internet Cap as the number of Internet Subscribers equal to the product of 1 multiplied by the Multiplier.

  • Such reports shall set forth STE’s total number of Internet Subscribers and sufficient information to allow Licensor to determine how STE arrived at such number.

  • A content module which may display up to five (5) promotional messages or communications to Prodigy Internet Subscribers and links to web pages set up and maintained by Distributor or third parties.

  • Subscriber should be aware that when using the Service to access the Internet or any other online network or service, there are certain transfer protocols, such as FTP (File Transfer Protocol) and HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol), which may allow other Service Subscribers and Internet Subscribers to gain access to Subscriber's computer.

  • This amount is due eight (8) months from the Launch Date or the date Distributor provides a default start page for Prodigy Internet Subscribers pursuant to Section 3 (f), above, or upon termination of the Agreement, whichever occurs first.

Related to Internet Subscribers

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Subscribers shall have the meaning set forth in the section of this Escrow Agreement titled “Background.”

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Internet Traffic means any traffic that is transmitted to or returned from the Internet at any point during the duration of the transmission.

  • OAR means the Oregon Administrative Rules;
