Internet Account Management Services definition

Internet Account Management Services means the services identified in Section 2 hereof to be provided by PFPC utilizing the GE Fund Product Web Site, the Internet and certain software, equipment and systems provided by PFPC, telecommunications carriers and security providers which have been certified by ICSA Labs or a nationally-recognized audit firm (including but not limited to firewalls and encryption), whereby Inquiries may be performed and Transactions may be requested by accessing Internet Account Management Services via hypertext link from a GE Fund Product Web Site.
Internet Account Management Services or “IAM Services” means the services identified in Section 2 hereof to be provided by PNC utilizing the Fund Web Site, the Internet and certain software, equipment and systems provided by PNC, telecommunications carriers and security providers, whereby Inquires may be performed and Transactions may be requested by accessing Internet Account Management System via hypertext link from the Fund Web Site.

  • Each party agrees the other shall not be liable in any respect for the actions or omissions of any third party wrongdoers (i.e., hackers not employed by such party or its affiliates) or of any third parties involved in the Internet Account Management Services and shall not be liable in any respect for the selection of any such third party, unless such party selected the third party in bad faith or in a grossly negligent manner.

  • In the event of a conflict between specific terms of this Exhibit B and the Agreement, this Exhibit B shall control as to the Internet Account Management Services.

Related to Internet Account Management Services

  • Case management services means planned referral, linkage, monitoring and support, and advocacy provided in partnership with a consumer to assist that consumer with self sufficiency and community tenure and take place in the individual’s home, in the community, or in the facility, in accordance with a service plan developed with and approved by the consumer and qualified staff.

  • Investment Management Services means any services which involve: (i) the management of an investment account or Fund (or portions thereof or a group of investment accounts or Funds); (ii) the giving of advice with respect to the investment and/or reinvestment of assets or funds (or any group of assets or funds); or (iii) otherwise acting as an “investment adviser” within the meaning of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, including, without limitation, in each of the foregoing cases, performing activities related or incidental thereto.

The Employer will not pay the Executive cash in lieu of professional outplacement services.

  • Replacement Services means any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Customer receives in substitution for any of the Services following the Call Off Expiry Date, whether those services are provided by the Customer internally and/or by any third party;

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due. A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.
