International Standby Practices. With respect to any standby Letter of Credit, International Standby Practices (ISP98), International Chamber of Commerce Publication No. 590, or any successor code of standby letter of credit practices among banks adopted by the Agent in the ordinary course of its business as a standby letter of credit issuer and in effect at the time of issuance of such Letter of Credit.
International Standby Practices means the “International Standby Practices (ISP98),” as promulgated by the Institute of International Banking Law & Practice, Inc., approved by the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”) Commission on Banking Technique and Practice, and issued by the ICC as Publication No. 590, or any successor code of standby letter of credit practices among banks adopted by the Bank as a standby letter of credit issuer in the ordinary course of its business and in effect at the time of reference.
International Standby Practices means International Standby Practices (ISP98), International Chamber of Commerce Publication No. 590, or any successor code of standby letter of credit practices among banks adopted by the Issuing Bank in the ordinary course of its business as a standby letter of credit issuer and in effect at the time of issuance of such Letter of Credit.

  • This Letter of Credit shall also be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and of Canada as applicable therein, except to the extent that such laws are inconsistent with the International Standby Practices 1998.

  • Except to the extent it is inconsistent with the express terms of this Letter of Credit, this Letter of Credit is subject to the International Standby Practices (ISP 98), International Chamber of Commerce Publication No. 590.

  • Except so far as otherwise stated, this Letter of Credit is subject to the International Standby Practices ISP98 (also known as ICC Publication No. 590), or revision currently in effect (the “ISP”).

  • Unless otherwise expressly stated herein, this irrevocable standby letter of credit is issued subject to the rules of the International Standby Practices, International Chamber of Commerce publication no.

  • Each Letter of Credit so issued, extended or renewed shall be subject to the Uniform Customs or, in the case of a standby Letter of Credit, either the Uniform Customs or the International Standby Practices.
