International Offer Shares definition

International Offer Shares means 990,000 Class A ordinary shares initially proposed to be offered by the Company for purchase by, or by purchasers procured by, the International Underwriters under the International Offering, subject to adjustment and reallocation in accordance with the International Underwriting Agreement, together with the Option Shares;
International Offer Shares means the 6,570,000 Class A Ordinary Shares to be initially offered to investors at the International Offer Price under the International Offering for subscription subject, to adjustment and reallocation in accordance with the International Underwriting Agreement, together (where applicable) with any additional Offer Shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of the Over-allotment Option;
International Offer Shares means the 343,440,000 Offer Shares initially being offered for sale

  • In view of the foregoing, a purchase of International Offer Shares may include a subscription for International Offer Shares of the Company and a sale of International Offer Shares may include an allotment of International Offer Shares by the Company.
