International observers definition

International observers means persons assigned by the International Monitoring Operation and notified in accordance with Article B of the Annex of the Constitution.
International observers means and includes international organizations, International non-governmental organizations, foreign governments and foreign personalities duly recognized for the purpose this Act.
International observers means an observer deployed by, or under, the authority of intergovernmental agencies, international organisations and other NGOs not domiciled in Kenya

  • Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.

  • Classroom teacher means a teacher subject to annual performance evaluation review under the provisions of Education Law Section 3012-c.
