International Market definition

International Market or “International Markets” means any and all countries or markets (including Alaska and Hawaii) in which AFC or any Franchisee operates a Popeyes Restaurant other than in Domestic Markets.
International Market means a market outside of Australia which is not operated by the ASX Limited (‘ASX’) or another entity authorised by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission to operate markets in Australia.
International Market means the markets in all countries and regions outside of the PRC. For the purpose of this definition, the territories of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau shall be regarded as part of the International Market.
