International Funds. BNY shall provide the following services: - Report in base and local currency - Processing of tax liability on foreign income subject to approval of BACAP Distributors - Daily variance analysis performed on FX rates for security position held - Produce automated bifurcation reporting in compliance with IRC Section 988 - ▇▇▇▇ to market security receivables and payables on a daily basis - Determine portfolio exposure by country and currency In addition to the above, BNY will provide additional support as agreed upon from time to time (i.e., financial statement production).
