Internal Library definition
Internal Library means a chemical compound library ---------------- prepared by Pharmacopeia for use in Pharmacopeia's internal and external programs, including the Research Collaboration. It is understood that Pharmacopeia shall retain all rights to Internal Libraries screened in the Research Collaboration, except with respect to Active Compounds. *** Information omitted and filed separately with the Commission under Rule 24b-2.
