Internal IT Systems means the information and communications technologies used by the Group including hardware, proprietary and third party software, networks, peripherals and associated documentation.

Internal IT Systems means the hardware, software, network and telecommunications equipment and internet-related information technology infrastructure owned or leased by the Company or its Subsidiaries, or the Partnership (as applicable), and used in the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or the Partnership (as applicable).

Internal IT Systems means any and all IT Systems owned by, or leased or licensed to, any Company, together with any and all IT Systems included in the Transferred Assets.
