Internal Development Charges (IDC) definition

Internal Development Charges (IDC) means the charges levied/ leviable by the Government of West Bengal or any other competent authority with a view to recover the cost of development with regard to State/ National Highways, transport, irrigation facilities, etc. and/ or any additional levies, fees, cesses, charges, etc. in the nature of infrastructure development charges by whatever name called, either existing or leviable in future.

Internal Development Charges (IDC) means the internal development charges and/ or interest thereon, as shall be levied/leviable by the Government of Madhya Pradesh or any competent authority (by whatever name called), now or in future, on the Project which shall be paid/payable by the Allottee as and when demanded by the Developer and also includes any further increase in such charges.
