Internal Consumption definition
Internal Consumption means use of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Products solely at Dow-owned facilities as raw materials to manufacture End Use products that are outside the scope of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Business. For the avoidance of doubt, “Internal Consumption” does not include the use of any Assigned IP to sell a ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Product or to contract manufacture End Use products (either directly or through an Affiliate) for sale by any other Person.
