Internal Complaints Committee definition

Internal Complaints Committee means a committee constituted by Company as per this Policy.
Internal Complaints Committee means a committee formed under this policy, pursuance to the provisions of the Act, for redressal of matters connected with sexual harassment.

More Definitions of Internal Complaints Committee

Internal Complaints Committee or “ICC” means a committee constituted by the Employer for the purpose;
