Intermediate Strain Technology definition

Intermediate Strain Technology means any Invention Controlled by AMYRIS or its Affiliates (other than a Third Party Acquirer) that is necessary or materially useful to perform strain engineering or other genetic manipulation in order to genetically manipulate the Intermediate Strain(s) for the purpose of developing a Suitable Commercial Strain.
