Intermediate Parents definition

Intermediate Parents means Borrower Holdco, Casino and S&F Holdings.
Intermediate Parents means, collectively, Ashford OP General Partner LLC and Ashford OP Limited Partner LLC.

  • Pursuant to the Credit Agreement, additional Intermediate Parents and Subsidiaries may be required to become Guarantors after the date hereof.

Intermediate Parents means, collectively, each of the wholly-owned Subsidiaries of Borrower that holds a direct or indirect ownership interest in a Project Owner, an Equipment Finance Company or a Turbine Owner, including, without limitation, Development Company and CCFC II Equipment Finance Company.

  • Intermediate Parent means any Subsidiary of Holdings and of which the Borrower is a subsidiary.

  • Intermediate Holdco means Sunnova Intermediate Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

  • Ultimate Parent means a Company, which owns not less than fifty-one percent (51%) equity either directly or indirectly in the Parent and Affiliates.

  • Intermediate Holding Company means any Subsidiary of Holdings (of which Holdings, directly or indirectly, owns 100% of the issued and outstanding Equity Interests) that, directly or indirectly, owns 100% of the issued and outstanding Equity Interests of the Lead Borrower.

  • Intermediate Holdings shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.
