Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) definition

Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) means a facility for Residents who have long-term illnesses or disabilities and who may have reached a relatively stable plateau, that provides basic nursing care and other restorative services under periodic medical direction, including services that may require skill in administration.
Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) means an intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities as defined in OAC 5123:2-7-01.
Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) means a Facility which is licensed as an ICF by CDHS or a hospital or Skilled Nursing Facility which meets the standards specified in Title 22, CCR, Section 51212 and has been certified by CDHS for participation in the Medi-Cal program.
