The Company shall pay the Work Fee to the Original Consenting Noteholders on the Interim NSSN Issue Date in full and in cash, free and clear of all withholding taxes.
Issue Date means the date of original issuance of the Notes.
First Issue Date means the date on which the Issuer issues a Series of Covered Bonds for the first time pursuant to the Programme;
Series Issue Date means the date of issuance of the Initial Tranche of a Series of ETP Securities, as specified in the relevant Final Terms.
Initial Issue Date means the date of the first issue of Units, which shall be the Business Day immediately before the Listing Date.
Records Issue Date or "RID" means the date that all design and assignment information is sent to the necessary service implementation groups.
Issuance Date means the date hereof.
Series B Original Issue Date means the date on which the first share of Series B Preferred Stock was issued.
Last Original Issue Date means (A) with respect to any Notes issued pursuant to the Purchase Agreement (including any Notes issued pursuant to the exercise of the Shoe Option by the Initial Purchasers), and any Notes issued in exchange therefor or in substitution thereof, the later of (i) the Issue Date and (ii) the last date any Notes are originally issued pursuant to the exercise of the Shoe Option; and (B) with respect to any Notes issued pursuant to Section 2.03(B), and any Notes issued in exchange therefor or in substitution thereof, either (i) the later of (x) the date such Notes are originally issued and (y) the last date any Notes are originally issued as part of the same offering pursuant to the exercise of an option granted to the initial purchaser(s) of such Notes to purchase additional Notes; or (ii) such other date as is specified in an Officer’s Certificate delivered to the Trustee before the original issuance of such Notes.
Series C Original Issue Date means the date on which the first share of Series C Preferred Stock was issued.
Series D Original Issue Date means the date on which the first share of Series D Preferred Stock was issued.
Original Issue Date means the date of the first issuance of any shares of the Preferred Stock regardless of the number of transfers of any particular shares of Preferred Stock and regardless of the number of certificates which may be issued to evidence such Preferred Stock.
Series A Original Issue Date means the date on which the first share of Series A Preferred Stock was issued.
Initial Issuance Date means the date the first share of Series D is issued to any Holder hereof.
Policy Issuance Date means the date of first issuance of these Terms and Benefits.
Class A-3 Final Distribution Date means the March 15, 2024 Distribution Date.
Class A-4 Final Distribution Date means the July 15, 2020 Distribution Date.
Original Issuance Date means the date of the first issuance of this Debenture regardless of the number of transfers hereof.
Class A-3 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means January 15, 2021.
Class A-4 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means December 16, 2024.
Initial Distribution Date means the date occurring as soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date when distributions under the Plan shall commence.
Class A-2 Final Distribution Date has the meaning set forth in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Restatement Date means the earlier to occur of (i) the date the Board, a committee of the Board or the officers of the Company authorized to take such action if Board action is not required, concludes, or reasonably should have concluded, that the Company is required to prepare an Accounting Restatement, or (ii) the date a court, regulator or other legally authorized body directs the Company to prepare an Accounting Restatement.
Interim Distribution Date means the date as soon as reasonably practicable after the Plan Implementation Date;
Class A-2 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.
Class A-1 Final Distribution Date has the meaning set forth in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Funding Date is any date on which a Credit Extension is made to or for the account of Borrower which shall be a Business Day.
