Interim Investment means any investment made by the Issuer from time to time in the Eligible Fund or in any Replacement Fund in accordance with Condition 4.3 (Investment of Liquid Funds).

If the amounts under the Brownfields Voluntary Cleanup Program equal at least one million dollars, the investment threshold requirement of this chapter is deemed to have been met.

  • Minority Investment means any Person (other than a Subsidiary) in which the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary owns Capital Stock.

All the Liquid Investments described in clauses (a) through (d) above shall have maturities of not more than 365 days from the date of issue.
