Interim Exchange Date definition

Interim Exchange Date. Each Payment Date on which the USD Amortisation Amount is to be applied in repayment of the principal amount of the Series 2 Class A Notes.

Interim Exchange Date. If a Failed Remarketing occurs in respect of the Initial Indenture Reset Date or any subsequent Indenture Reset Date, such Initial Indenture Reset Date and each such subsequent Indenture Reset Date, as applicable, subject to adjustment in accordance with the Following Business Day Convention.

  • CAM Exchange Date means the first date on which there shall occur (a) any event referred to in paragraph (h) or (i) of Section 7.01 in respect of any Borrower or (b) an acceleration of Loans pursuant to Section 7.01.

  • Multi-Exchange Index , if applicable, means each Reference Item specified under the heading "Underlying" in the Product Terms to be a Multi-Exchange Index.

  • Interest Rate Change Date The date on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is subject to change as provided in the related Mortgage Note.

  • Primary Exchange means, with respect to each Index constituent or each constituent underlying a Successor Index, the primary exchange or market of trading such Index constituent or such constituent underlying a Successor Index.

  • SOFR Determination Date has the meaning specified in the definition of “Daily Simple SOFR”.

  • Drop Dead Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.01(b)(i).

  • Optional Exchange means the exchange of the Certificates by the Trust for the Underlying Securities pursuant to Section 7(a) hereof.

  • Permitted Debt Exchange Offer shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.15(a).
