Intergroup Transfers definition
Intergroup Transfers is understood as the sale or the transfer or through conferral in kind of the Olimpia shares held by Pirelli S.p.A. and/or by Edizione Holding S.p.A. to companies which are part of the respective group, with companies as part of the group understood as companies and/or other organizations or bodies controlled, either directly or indirectly, by the transferers or their controlling companies, in any case, in accordance with Article 2359, paragraph one, number 1, of the civil code.
