Interference with Business Relationships. During the Restriction Period (other than in connection with carrying out his responsibilities for the Company Group), the Executive shall not directly or indirectly induce or solicit (or assist any Person to induce or solicit) any customer or client of any member of the Company Group to terminate its relationship or otherwise cease doing business in whole or in part with any member of the Company Group, or directly or indirectly interfere with (or assist any Person to interfere with) any material relationship between any member of the Company Group and any of their customers or clients so as to cause harm to any member of the Company Group.
Interference with Business Relationships. During the Restriction Period (other than in connection with carrying out his responsibilities for the Company and its affiliates), the Executive shall not directly or indirectly contact, induce or solicit (or assist any Person to contact, induce or solicit) any customer or client of the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates to terminate its relationship or otherwise cease doing business in whole or in part with the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates, or directly or indirectly interfere with (or assist any Person to interfere with) any material relationship between the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates and any of its or their customers or clients so as to cause harm to the Company or its affiliates.

During the Restriction Period (other than in connection with carrying out the Participant’s responsibilities for the Group), the Participant shall not directly or indirectly induce or solicit (or assist any Person to induce or solicit) any customer or client of any member of the Group to terminate its relationship or otherwise cease doing business in whole or in part with any member of the Group, or directly or indirectly interfere with (or assist any Person to interfere with) any material relationship between any member of the Group and any of their customers, clients, suppliers, joint venture partners or licensors so as to cause harm to any member of the Group.

During the Restricted Period and for thirty-six (36) months following the termination of the Employee's employment for any reason, the Employee shall not directly or indirectly induce or solicit (or assist any Person to induce or solicit) any customer, supplier, or client of the Employer or its subsidiaries to terminate its relationship or otherwise cease doing business in whole or in part with the Employer or its subsidiaries, or knowingly directly or indirectly interfere with (or assist any Person to interfere with) any material relationship between the Employer or its subsidiaries and any of its or their customers or clients so as to cause harm to the Employer or its affiliates. For purposes hereof, the term "Customer" means any individual, person or entity which was or is a customer of High
Interference with Business Relationships. During the Restricted Period and for thirty-six (36) months following the termination of the Employee’s employment for any reason, the Employee shall not directly or indirectly induce or solicit (or assist any Person to induce or solicit) any customer, supplier, or client of the Employer or its Affiliates to terminate its relationship or otherwise cease doing business in whole or in part with the Employer or its subsidiaries, or knowingly directly or indirectly interfere with (or assist any Person to interfere with) any material relationship between the Employer or its Affiliates and any of its or their customers or clients so as to cause harm to the Employer or its Affiliates. For purposes hereof, the term “Customer” means any individual, person or entity which was or is a customer of High Plains Gas, LLC, High Plains Gas Services, LLC, High Plains Gas, Inc., Xxxxxx Fabrication, LLC, or its Affiliates, and any of its successors and assigns within two (2) years prior to the date of the termination of this Agreement. For purposes of hereof, “Supplier” shall mean any individual, Person, or entity which was or is a supplier of any product or service to High Plains Gas, LLC, High Plains Gas, Inc., or its Affiliates, and any successors and assigns within two (2) years prior to the date of the termination of this Agreement.
Interference with Business Relationships. During the Restriction Period (other than in connection with carrying out your responsibilities for the company and its affiliates), you shall not directly or indirectly induce or solicit (or assist any Person to induce or solicit) any customer or client of the company or its affiliates to terminate its relationship or otherwise cease, diminish or curtail doing business in whole or in part with the company or its affiliates, or directly or indirectly interfere with (or assist any Person to interfere with) any material relationship between the company or its affiliates and any of its or their customers or clients so as to cause harm to the company or its affiliates, including jeopardizing the company’s growth potential with any client or customer.
Interference with Business Relationships. The Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, and will not permit any of his affiliates to, during the Restrictive Period, interfere in any way with the relationship or prospective relationship between the Company or its affiliates and any customer, supplier, licensee or prospect of the Company or its affiliates. Without limiting the foregoing, the Executive shall not request, encourage, advise or attempt to persuade in any manner (including by making unfavorable or negative comments with respect to the Company, or its affiliates, products or conduct of business) any customers or suppliers of the Company or its affiliates to curtail or cancel such customer's or supplier's business relationship with the Company or its affiliates.
Interference with Business Relationships. During the Employee’s employment with the Company and for twenty-four (24) months thereafter, the Employee shall not directly or indirectly contact, induce or solicit (or assist any Person to contact, induce or solicit) any customer or client of any Entity to terminate its relationship or otherwise cease doing business in whole or in part with the Entity, or directly or indirectly interfere with (or assist any Person to interfere with) any material relationship between the Entities and any of its customers or clients.
Interference with Business Relationships. During the 24-month period following the Grantee’s Termination for any reason, the Grantee shall not directly or indirectly contact, induce or solicit (or assist any Person to contact, induce or solicit) any customer or client of the Company Group to terminate its relationship or otherwise cease doing business in whole or in part with the Company Group, or directly or indirectly interfere with (or assist any Person to interfere with) any material relationship between any member of the Company Group and any of its customers or clients so as to cause harm to the Company Group.
