Interfactoring Arrangement definition

Interfactoring Arrangement means the arrangement between the Bank and the Correspondent Factor as described in condition 22;

  • Factoring Agreement means an agreement by and between a Borrower or a Subsidiary of a Borrower and a Factoring Company pursuant to which a Borrower or such Subsidiary shall, pursuant to customary terms for the size and type of transaction involved, sell, transfer and assign its rights, title and interests in certain accounts receivable, specifically identified therein, to a Factoring Company.

  • Management Services Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).

  • Management System means an integrated set of interrelated and documented elements to prevent, control and improve the performance of a facility or group of facilities related to industrial safety, operational safety and environmental protection in the sector which the Contractor shall implement throughout the performance of the Petroleum Activities in compliance with the requirements set forth in Articles 13, 14 and 16 of the Law of the National Agency for Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection of the Hydrocarbons Sector and the other Applicable Laws.

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.

  • Management Services Agreements means an agreement, however styled, between (a) the Issuer or a Guarantor, on the one hand, and (b) a PC Entity, on the other hand, pursuant to which the Issuer or a Guarantor provides management services or similar services to such PC Entity.   • Collateral Management Agreement The agreement dated as of the Closing Date, between the Issuer and the Collateral Manager relating to the management of the Collateral Obligations and the other Assets by the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Issuer, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Transition Services Agreement means the transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
