Interest Reserve Loans definition

Interest Reserve Loans means the Mortgage Loans which bear interest other than on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve (12) 30-day months.
Interest Reserve Loans. Any Mortgage Loan bearing interest computed on an actual/360 basis.
