Interest Reference Rate definition

Interest Reference Rate means the reference benchmark rate of interest identified in the Financial Model and used in the calculation of the Project Debt Interest Cost, and, for greater clarity, is the base rate of interest exclusive of any stated or imbedded spread including, without limitation, credit, swap or otherwise, or fees.
Interest Reference Rate means the benchmark rate of interest that We use when determining the interest rate that applies to Your Account. We can add or deduct a margin to or from the Interest Reference Rate to determine what the interest rate will be;
