Interest Rate Hedge Obligations definition

Interest Rate Hedge Obligations means all existing and future payments and other obligations owing by the Borrower or its Restricted Subsidiaries under any Interest Rate Hedge Agreements permitted hereunder with any Person that is a Lender or an Affiliate thereof at the time such Interest Rate Hedge Agreement is executed.
Interest Rate Hedge Obligations means the Indebtedness of a Loan Party and its Subsidiaries owing to the provider of any Interest Rate Hedge. For purposes of this Agreement and all of the Other Documents, all Interest Rate Hedge Obligations of any Loan Party or Subsidiary that is party to any Lender-Provided Interest Rate Hedge shall be “Obligations” hereunder and under the Other Documents, except to the extent constituting Excluded Hedge Liabilities of such Person, and the Liens securing such Interest Rate Hedge Obligations shall be pari passu with the Liens securing all other Obligations under this Agreement and the Other Documents, subject to the express provisions of Section 11.6 hereof.

  • All Interest Rate Hedge Obligations of the Borrower pursuant to any Interest Rate Hedge Agreement permitted hereunder and all Liens granted to secure such Obligations shall rank pari passu with all other Obligations and Liens securing such other Obligations; and any Interest Rate Hedge Agreement between the Borrower and any other Person shall be unsecured.

  • Hedge Obligations means any and all obligations or liabilities, whether absolute or contingent, due or to become due, now existing or hereafter arising, of each Loan Party and its Subsidiaries arising under, owing pursuant to, or existing in respect of Hedge Agreements entered into with one or more of the Hedge Providers.
