Interest in the vehicle means written evidence of a documented financial interest in the towed vehicle.
Interest in the vehicle means a right, claim, or title to the vehicle or a legal share inthe vehicle that the oral statement of a police officer, complaint, indictment, or information alleges was used in the commission of an offense.

For purposes of this section, actual repair costs shall only include labor and parts for actual damage to the suspension, motor, transmission, frame or unibody and designated structural components;
