Interest Free Maintenance Security (IFMS) definition
Interest Free Maintenance Security (IFMS) means the interest free maintenance security to be paid by the Applicant for the maintenance and up keep of the said complex/ said building to be paid as per the payment plan to NBCC or to the Maintenance Agency on the super area of the Dwelling Unit.
Interest Free Maintenance Security (IFMS) means the interest free maintenance security deposit and shall be payable by the Allottee to the Promoter as specified in Clause of this Agreement.
