Interest Amount Available. The aggregate amount on deposit in the Collection Account as of the close of business on a Determination Date (A) that are designated by the Servicer as "interest collections" on deposit in the Collection Account on such Payment Date which relate to the prior Due Period, (B) that constitute the interest portion of Disposition Proceeds, (C) that are prepayment fees deposited into the Collection Account, (D) that constitute investment earnings on amounts in deposit in the Collection Account and (E) deposited by the Servicer as Servicing Advances, Periodic Advances or Compensating Interest.
