Interconnection Utility definition

Interconnection Utility means the owner or operator of electrical utility distribution system that Facility will be connected to for purposes of charging or discharging energy.
Interconnection Utility means the applicable transmission provider under an Interconnection Agreement and its successors and assigns.

  • Seller shall not be responsible for any loss or damage due to noncompliance by Owner with the interconnection requirements of the Interconnection Utility.

Related to Interconnection Utility

  • Interconnection is as defined in the Act.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Interconnect means to connect an alarm system including an automatic dialing device to a telephone line, either directly or through a mechanical device that utilizes a telephone, for the purpose of using the telephone line to transmit a message upon the activation of the alarm system.
