Interconnect Agreements definition

Interconnect Agreements means each interconnection agreement, network contract, franchise agreement, telecommunications service agreement and any agreement of a similar nature entered into by any member of the Borrower Group in connection with the conduct of its business as may be permitted by the terms of this Agreement (including any interconnect agreements maintained pursuant to Clause 16.20 (Inter-connection and chello)).
Interconnect Agreements means the agreements listed in schedule 8 and any interconnect agreements maintained pursuant to clause 11.1(y);
Interconnect Agreements means each agreement entered into by the Borrower ----------------------- and/or the Subsidiaries with another Person providing for the connection of the System to any other fiber-optic networks, including Backhaul interconnections.

  • These agreements could be covered under the purview of inter-connection agreements as contemplated under the Register of Interconnect Agreements (Broadcasting and Cable Services) Regulation, 2004 making it mandatory to submit these agreements before the competent authorities for registration.

More Definitions of Interconnect Agreements

Interconnect Agreements means the following:
Interconnect Agreements means, in respect of a Purchaser, the inter-connect agreements entered into from time to time between such Purchaser and the principal fixed line telephony operator in any Relevant Jurisdiction including each and every such inter-connect agreement delivered or to be delivered to the Agent pursuant to clauses 3 and/or 4.3(d) together with any replacement, substitute or supplemental inter-connect agreements entered into or to be entered into from time to time between such parties;
Interconnect Agreements means the Nottingham BT Interconnect Agreements, the Nottingham Energis Interconnect Agreement, the Mercury Interconnect Agreement, the Leicester BT Interconnect Agreement, the Leicester Energis Interconnect Agreement and the Leicester Mercury Interconnect Agreement and any interconnect agreement entered into as a replacement for any of the same in accordance with the provisions of Clause 19.2(c)(iii) (Project Contracts and Licences).
Interconnect Agreements means the interconnect agreement (whether one or more) entered into by and between BridgeVoice and the Member. Members: means those carriers who have entered into the Membership Agreement and are in good standing with BridgeVoice to access the Online Platform, including the Bidding Desk.

A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • Interconnect means to connect an alarm system including an automatic dialing device to a telephone line, either directly or through a mechanical device that utilizes a telephone, for the purpose of using the telephone line to transmit a message upon the activation of the alarm system.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities. Transmission Provider: The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. Interface Pricing Point:

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.

  • Project Agreement means the agreement between the Bank and the Project Implementing Entity of even date herewith, as the same may be amended from time to time; and such term includes all schedules and agreements supplemental to the Project Agreement.

  • Capacity Interconnection Rights means the rights to input generation as a Generation Capacity Resource into the Transmission System at the Point of Interconnection where the generating facilities connect to the Transmission System.

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO’s Tariff or any Transmission/Distribution Owner’s tariff that reflect methodology and costs to interconnect the Facility to the Transmission/Distribution Owner’s electric grid.

  • Surplus Interconnection Service means any unneeded portion of Interconnection Service established in an Interconnection Service Agreement, such that if Surplus Interconnection Service is utilized, the total amount of Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection would remain the same.
