Definition of Intercompany Note Collateral


Intercompany Note Collateral means the Intercompany Note Assets in which the Canadian Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Company and its successors and assigns, has a security interest securing the Intercompany Obligations.

Examples of Intercompany Note Collateral in a sentence

With respect to each parcel of real property subject to the Permitted Intercompany Note Collateral Documents, copies of all recorded documents creating exceptions to each title policy referred to in Section 4.01(c)(ii)(A).
