Intercompany Note Agreement definition

Intercompany Note Agreement means the Note Issuance Agreement dated as of March 25, 2009, originally by and among Kendall Holding Corp., Covidien Finance GmbH and Tyco Healthcare Group LP, as amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
